We’re a year-round, ‘Guest Favorite’ Airbnb, and we welcome a small number of events each season.
We’ve worked hard to curate a space that welcomes meaningful connection with oneself, loved ones and the environment it sits on — and the opportunity to share such a special space with others brings us pure joy. While we intentionally keep events limited, we do open the space for a handful of special gatherings each year.

The home sits on a 1.8 acre lot but the usable space for events is about half an acre. The other space can be used for parking and exploring. Given the limited usable space, we like to keep our events to 75 guests maximum.

You will have full access to the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home with your booking. Depending on the type of event, we also include a 5 night stay —built in to make arrival, setup, and breakdown feel calm and intentional.

10pm is the cut-off for all events and we ask that they begin to wind down around 9pm out of courtesy to our neighbors.

Including the road and our side lots, we allow for 10 parking spots so we ask that you encourage carpooling, rideshare services or look into a shuttle services.
